..robert(bob) crowley, 58, the winner of the 17th installment of survivor actually was the last man standing for the kota tribe. he is also the oldest survivor winner to claim the said title. he is one of the unlikeliest winners of the popular reality show survivor. he showed everyone a good strategy in playing the game. he first came to be under the radar, crafted not only one fake immunity idol, but two, and winning not only one, or two, but 5 consecutive challenges which led him to the finals. and aside from the million bucks, thanks to the viewers who loves him so much, he also won an additional $100,000 for being the player of the season.

second placer susie smith, hair-dresser, made it on the final three because she won the last immunity challenge - building a house of cards for 30 mins. whoever has the tallest and stable house of cards win. susie could have actually won the votes for a million bucks if it were for randy's vote to bob. the front runners of the said game was susie and sugar. both had a test from the wind. unfortunately, it was unexpected of susie to win the last immunity challenge, or else the final three could have been matty, sugar and bob.

i have watched survivor from the beginning of the first season and this is one of the exciting season that i have ever watched. this is also the season wherein i can say that the winner is actually really deserving. i have seen him play the game. nasty at one point but good as well. in addition to that, it is also one of the season that the underdogs, somehow outwitted the power players in the merge. also, one of the season where in they had to pick a sole survivor among three players aside from i think survivor: palau.
